  • Standard delivery within UAE:  2-5 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Express delivery options may be available upon request (subject to additional charges).
  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cut-off Time

Order cut-off time 02:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai). If you order after 2 PM, then order will count the next day.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
