Returns and Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with photos for verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
